Carter 336D excavator play non-combustible car diagnosis:
When I arrived at the site, I found that the hot car could not start, and the starting motor speed was normal. It took about an hour for the cold car to start.
The high-pressure oil pump has been replaced for 3 months. When connected with ET, it was found that the fuel Dynamic force was low and the injection induced pressure was also low. At first, I suspected the problem of high pressure oil pump, but disconnecting the engine cover and igniter, I found that the 5-cylinder injector sprayed oil out, and I knew that the five-cylinder injector seal was damaged when I saw the jet oil, which led to the high pressure oil pump in the cylinder block could not produce high pressure injection pressure (Dynamic) force, so that the injection pressure was not enough. As a result, the ignition engine cannot start normally. Replace the sealing ring and work normally.
Note: a little butter should be put on the seal when assembling the fuel injector so that the seal ring will not be damaged easily.

5. Fuel injection drive pressure.
Check the engine oil level. Engine oil supplies injection drive pressure loop. The engine oil must be at the correct level for fuel injection.
② If the engine has been repaired recently, there may be air in the injection drive pressure network. The excavator maintenance allows the engine to fully warm up and operate the engine under load in order to expel air from the fuel injection drive pressure loop.
Compare the actual driving pressure and the required driving pressure on Cat ET. If the two readings do not exceed 2000kPa during the failure, it means that the Emerson is not in the fuel injection driving pressure circuit.

Air intake and exhaust system.
Check the air filter throttle indicator. Clean or replace clogged air filters.
Check the intake and Exhaust system for blockage and/or leakage.
Maintenance solution Replace the fuel oil filter, check the fuel oil pump, the fuel oil pump coupling and the fuel pressure regulating valve.
After the fuel filter was replaced, the engine was restarted at the site and ignited once. The Hot car of Carter 336D excavator could not start, and the fault of non-combustible car was solved.
