1. Analysis of the causes of running deviation  

1. The sealing ring of the central rotary joint is damaged.  

2. Dirt enters the balance valve in the parking brake oil road on the side of the excavator.  

3, walking motor safety valve oil leakage.  

4. Dirt blocks the balance valve of the final drive system.  

5. The spool of the main valve of excavator deflection fails.  

6. The walking oil suction valve on the deflection side of the excavator is damaged.  

7. The tightness degree of caterpillar is different.  

8. The plunger of the pump flow regulator of the pump is stuck.  9 The output pressure of the proportional valve is too low.

1. Check whether the tension of the tracks on both sides is consistent.  Support the tracks on both sides respectively, check the distance between the maximum subsidence of the tracks and the horizontal line on the bottom frame, and the results are within the standard range (320-340mm on general road, 340-380mm on muddy road, 380mm on sand and snow).  

2. Check whether the pilot pressure of the front and rear pumps is consistent from the instrument panel.  

3. Change the high pressure oil pipe of the walking motor from the central joint. If the fault phenomenon has changed during the test, the right side of the walking motor can be ruled out.  

4, between the main control valve and the center joint for the left and right to walk the four oil pipes for the exchange, test machine if the fault phenomenon has changed, can rule out the central joint failure, otherwise the central joint failure, should be dismantled and find out the cause of the failure.  

5. Check the spool of the left and right walking control valve, and find that the spool moves flexibly in the valve body, and there is no damage, so the control valve can be ruled out.  

6. When the two main pump regulators are exchanged, the fault of running deviation is also changed. In this way, the fault can be judged on the regulator, otherwise the fault should be on the hydraulic main pump.  

7 When disassembling the regulator, sure enough, it was found that the o-ring on the spool had been aged and damaged, resulting in inflexible movement of the spool and normal adjustment of the Angle of the swash plate, so that the pump displacement became smaller, the walking speed slowed down, and the machine ran to the right when running.  

8. Clean the pump regulator and replace the O-ring. When the machine is tested after assembly, the fault has disappeared.
