Quick solution for the cause of automatic flameout failure of Komatsu excavators
When the Komatsu excavator is in use, it may encounter the failure of the excavator’s automatic flameout. Generally, when the excavator has a stall failure, the excavator maintenance master needs to judge whether it is caused by the mismatch between the pump power of the excavator and the engine power. Excavator automatic flameout failure, or car stalling failure caused by insufficient engine power of the excavator, our excavator repair factory will explain in detail two methods for judging the cause of the failure.
1. Combined with the working environment of the excavator to determine whether it is the pump or the engine that causes the excavator to stall.
2. If the power of the excavator hydraulic pump is greater than the power of the excavator engine, the excavator engine will emit black smoke and the car will stall or even the excavator will turn off.
3. Use a pressure gauge to check whether the pump power matches the engine power? (It is generally matched, if the pump power and engine power do not match, then debugging is required)
In general, if the excavator repairman in our factory is the cause of the pump, the displacement of the pump does not decrease when the pressure exceeds the start-up pressure, so the engine will stall.
